Comments I ordered a few items from the Moleskine US website for business use. I received a parcel containing the ordered items within the delivery period specified on their website. After opening the box and conducting an inventory, I realized that I had not received one of the date books I had ordered. I immediately sent an email to Moleskine US noting the discrepancy and asking for a solution. I received a call from one of their representatives the next day... he stated that they would immediately ship the missing item. They did, and I received my date book within a few days. The representative was courteous and helpful, and the service first-rate. I will continue to do business with this fine Company, and recommend their products to my contemporaries.
