Methods of Payment

We gladly accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit and debit cards. Please note that credit card and debit card orders are authorized for payment when your order is placed and charged when your order has shipped.  The charge on your credit card statement will read, MoleskineUS, and list our toll-free number 866-882-8812.

Stock Levels / Product Inventory

All items are in stock unless otherwise clearly stated next to the item. We maintain a large inventory of Moleskine products, to ensure that orders can ship immediately. Our web store inventory is maintained with a real time inventory system so you can be assured your order can be fulfilled. In the rare occasion that an order can not be filled, we will contact you by email and phone to determine how we can best serve you.

How to Use a Gift Certificate or Coupon

To use a Gift Certificate or Coupon, simply add your item(s) to your shopping cart.
» Click the [Check Out] button and proceed to the SHIPPING page and enter your Gift Certificate or Coupon code in the coupon field. It will look like the following:

» You can apply your code immediately by clicking [Calculate] button.

NOTE: Multiple coupons can not be combined in the same order. When entering a Gift Card, make sure to include the @ sign.

Guarantee, Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order and stand behind our products and service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. The item and packaging must be in new, unused, resalable condition in order to be received for credit. Simply send us an email describing the item(s) you would like to return and/or exchange in order to obtain a return authorization number. We will email you shipping and return instructions, along with a return authorization number which must be included with your return/exchange. Please note that shipping charges for returns cannot be refunded.

Shipping in the US

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO). Shipping Rates are calculated at Check Out.

US Sales Tax

Sales tax is only collected on orders sent to destinations within the beautiful state of Colorado. So, if you're shipping to a US address but not shipping within Colorado, we do not collect sales tax!

For shipments to Colorado, we collect sales tax on the full amount of the order (but we don't feel too sorry for you, because, after all, you're living in beautiful, sunny Colorado!). The total tax depends on your shipping address within Colorado and will be clearly shown during checkout.

Exchange Rate

Order payments are processed in US Dollars, and your credit card company will apply the currency conversion to Canadian Dollars at their exchange rate when the credit card charge is processed (usually within 48 hours from the date your order ships).
