We have chosen FedEx as our express package carrier, as they have a remarkable on-time delivery record
and a money-back guarantee for service failures. In the event that your package is not delivered on-time, consistent with
the FedEx terms and conditions (see the FedEx
Money Back Guarantee for details) and
your order meets our service conditions below we will refund your express shipment charges.

To qualify for a refund of Express Shipping charges due to a service failure, you must notify
us of the service failure and request a refund of your shipping charges. T in compliance with the conditions listed below. |

Express shipping is only available for credit card payment orders and charges must be approved
prior to shipment. We maintain the right to delay shipment if credit card and/or shipping or billing information is incomplete
or inaccurate. Customers are encouraged to call us to verify order information to ensure proper verification. |

Customer supplied "Shipping Address" must be a complete and accurate delivery residential
or business street address. |

If the recipient's address is a place of business, the business name is required, along
with appropriate business address designation, such as suite and/or floor. If the recipient's address is a residence,
complete street address information is required, along with appropriate number designations, such as apartment and/or
floor numbers. Carrier failure to delivery due to inadequate information voids are delivery guarantee. Customers are encouraged
to call if they have addressing questions. |

The recipient must be available to accept delivery and sign for the package. Orders that
request delivery signatures waived our not eligible for a shipment refund. |

If the recipient's address is a place of business, the business cannot be closed on the
date of delivery. |

The shipment must not be delayed due to an incorrect/accurate delivery address or ZIP code
information or the unavailability or refusal of an appropriate person to accept delivery or sign for the package. |

The shipment must be not deemed undeliverable or returned by the delivery carrier in accordance
with the carriers' terms & conditions. |

Express Shipping Guarantee is not offered for delivery on weekends and holidays. |

Express Shipping Guarantee is not offered for orders placed the three calendar days before
Christmas. |

The shipment must not be delayed due to Customs or other regulatory delays. |

Requests for refund of shipping charges must be received within 15 calendar days of the
ship date. |

Express Shipping Guarantee is not offered for shipments damaged during transport. Items
