| | Description | | | | "" I was wandering around a bookstore one evening waiting for a friend, and I stumbled upon a section of Moleskine books. There was an open one and I read the history behind the books, and was intrigued by its journey through time. I am a musician, so I'm in the 'artist' category, but I never took up the visual arts. I purchased a pocket sketchbook, not knowing what I was really going to draw in there since the only drawing I had ever done was in 7th grade art class. More than a decade later, Moleskine has helped me discover my enjoyment of sketching and drawing whenever I feel inspired, or the simple need to doodle.
" Prismacolor is my colored pencil of choice. . . . is a watercolor pencil scene of a trip to Florence, Italy. I sat on the wall and watched the thunderstorm move in from between the mountains and settle over downtown Florence. I'll be starting book number two pretty soon, and more than likely, countless ones after that, which will accompany me in all of my travels. I even got an art teacher friend hooked on them! So thank you Moleskine for allowing me to discover another artistic side! " -Travis - Travis
