Methods of Payment

We gladly accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit and debit cards. Please note that credit card and debit card orders are authorized for payment when your order is placed and charged when your order has shipped.  The charge on your credit card statement will read, European Paper, and list our toll-free number 888-822-1036. The European Paper Company owns and operates the MoleskineUS.com website, offering retail purchase of the complete line of Moleskine books and related products.

Pricing & Quantity Discounts

We are committed to offering great prices for our products and the lowest shipping costs possible. On the site you will find quantity pricing on most items to allow you to obtain the best possible price. You will see quantity pricing for each product, along with case pricing for most non-dated products. You can easily view pricing by clicking the "Qty Pricing" tab and/or the"Case Pricing" tab. We carry one of the largest stocks of Moleskine books in the US we can offer quick delivery on larger quantity orders.

Stock Levels / Product Inventory

All items are in stock unless otherwise clearly stated next to the item. We maintain a large inventory of Moleskine products, to ensure that orders can ship immediately. Our web store inventory is maintained with a real time inventory system so you can be assured your order can be fulfilled. In the rare occasion that an order can not be filled, we will contact you by email and phone to determine how we can best serve you.

Gift Wrapping

Moleskine books make a welcome gift and we offer gift services to make it easy and fun to send Moleskine journals as a gift to a  loved one, friend, co-worker or acquaintance. Gift wrapping is $5.95 per package - you can gift wrap as many items as you'd like together for a single $5.95 charge. Simply select to gift wrap your order when you check out and supply a personal gift message. Our exclusive gift wrapping is inspired by the Italian made heritage of Moleskine books, designed to make every occasion special and is the perfect complement to Moleskine books and accessories - excellent for all ages and all occasions. We've made it simple to add gift wrapping when you check out.  Your personal message will be printed on a folded gift card and your order will be beautiful gift wrapped. Gift orders include a special Gift Packing Slip that does not contain price information. How to Use a Gift Certificate or Coupon

To use a Gift Certificate or Coupon, simply add your item(s) to your shopping cart.
» Click the [Check Out] button and proceed to the SHIPPING page and enter your Gift Certificate or Coupon code in the coupon field. It will look like the following:

» You can apply your code immediately by clicking [Calculate] button.

NOTE: Mulitlpe coupons can not be combined in the same order. When entering a Gift Certificate code, make sure to include the @ sign.

Guarantee, Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order and stand behind our products and service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your new and unused merchandise within 15 days of delivery. The item and packaging must be in new, unused, resalable condition in order to be received for credit. Simply send us an email describing the item(s) you would like to return and/or exchange in order to obtain a return authorization number. We will email you shipping and return instructions, along with a return authorization number which must be included with your return/exchange. Please note that shipping charges for returns cannot be refunded.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only collected on orders sent to destinations within the beautiful state of Colorado. So, if you're not shipping to a Colorado address, we do not collect sales tax!

For shipments to Colorado, we collect sales tax on the full amount of the order (but we don't feel too sorry for you, because, after all, you're living in beautiful, sunny Colorado!). The total tax depends on your shipping address within Colorado and will be clearly shown during checkout.
